Yes, we are! We are a Registered Builder, CDB – L – 66245, and a licensed plumber, 49896. Any work
above the cost of $10,000 requires a registered builder.
How much do your bathrooms cost?
The cost of a bathroom renovation can vary, we have provided a guideline below of what to expect.
$20,000 – $25,000 – A basic bathroom renovation working with your existing layout.
$25,000 – $30,000 – A bathroom renovation with a new layout and design.
$30,000 plus – A luxury renovation.
How long do bathroom renovations take?
The general time to take for a complete bathroom renovation is 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you subcontract trades?
The majority of our trades are employed by us which means your job runs smoother and your project
is not held up by needing to wait for trades. In instances where we do need to subcontract any
trades, we only use ones we know and trust and guarantee their work.
Our qualified professionals will come to your home and go through the design of your bathroom including the design and layout. We will also work with you to choose your products including, tiles, joinery, fittings and lighting. We also have packages that you can choose from.
We will provide you with a detailed quotation and contract within 7 days of your consultation and product selection.
Upon acceptance of our quotation, a 5 percent deposit will then be paid and we will provide you with a start date, floorplan of your bathroom and a moodboard with your product selections.
On our first day on site, we will prepare your home for the renovation process including putting in floor protection and dust barriers. We will do further site measurements and order all of the required materials. Our builder will be on site to answer any of your technical questions.
Your existing bathroom will be removed and prepared for the installation of your new bathroom. Rubbish removal is included in the cost of all of our bathroom renovations.
- Carpentry: Our carpentry team will build/modify the walls and do any repairs to the floor
- Plumbing and electrical: Our licensed plumber and electrician will modify any pipes and wires to suit new locations of fixtures and ensure compliance with Australian standards
- Floors, walls and ceilings are relined as needed
- Waterproofing: Our licensed waterproofer will seal your room with a waterproof membrane that comes with a 10 year guarantee.
- Tiling: Our qualified tiler will tile and grout your bathroom
- Cabinetry: Your choice of joinery is installed into your bathroom
- Caulking: the finishing touch to your bathroom where the corners and edges of your bathroom are sealed with a high quality sealant.
Our carpenters, plumber and electrician will return to site to complete the installation of your tapware, bathware, showerscreen and lighting.
Our team will complete a final clean of your new bathroom and our builder will do a final inspection before handover. Once this is complete, your new bathroom is ready for you to enjoy!
