Renovating can be a stressful process, especially if you have never renovated before!
As a registered builder we will be your project manager and take care of every aspect of your renovation.
We have created a timeline below of what to expect when you renovate with us.
Phase 01 – Consultation and Site Measurement
Our registered builder will come to your home and go through what you are wanting to achieve from your renovation including the design and layout. We will also work with you to choose your products including tiles, joinery, fittings and lighting. We have a range of packages you can choose from on our website.
Phase 02 – Concept Development and Quotation
We will provide you with a detailed quotation within 7 business days of your consultation including a product package.
Phase 03 – Quotation Acceptance
Upon acceptance of our quotation, a 5 percent deposit will then be paid and we will provide you with a start date for your project.
Phase 04 – Start on Site
On our first day on site, we will prepare your home for the renovation process including putting in floor protection and dust barriers. We will do further site measurements and order all of the required materials. Our builder will be on site to answer any of your questions.
Phase 05 – Construction
Carpentry: Your bathroom walls will be built and/or modified and any floor repairs will be conducted.
Plumbing and Electrical: Our licensed plumber and electrician will modify any pipes and wiring to suit new locations of fixtures and ensure compliance with Australian standards.
Floors, walls and ceilings are relined as needed.
Waterproofing: Our licensed waterproofer will seal your room with a waterproof membrane that comes with a 10 year warranty.
Tiling: Our qualified tiler will tile and grout your bathroom.
Cabinetry: Your choice of joinery is installed into your bathroom.
Caulking: The finishing touch to your bathroom where the corners and edges of your bathroom are sealed with a high quality sealant.
Phase 06 – Fit Off
Our carpenters, plumber and electrician will return to site to complete the installation of your tapware, bathware and lighting fixtures.
Phase 07 – Final Clean and Handover
Our team will complete a final clean of your new bathroom and our builder will do a final inspection before handover. Once this is complete, your new bathroom is ready for you to enjoy!
